Lynnens provides many shipping options to satisfy your delivery needs. We currently ship to anywhere in the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii.

The following shipping options are available:

1. UPS Ground - Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for the majority of all shipments.
   • Available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico
   • Up-to-the minute tracking information
2. UPS 3 Day Select - Offers the ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery
   • Guaranteed delivery within three business days to and from every U.S. address in the 48 contiguous states, 3-5 days to Alaska and Hawaii
   • Up-to-the minute tracking information
3. UPS 2nd Day Air - An economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight service
   • Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day
   • Deliveries to certain locations in Alaska may require additional time in transit
   • Up-to-the minute tracking information
4. UPS Next Day Air^® - Features fast, reliable delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, making it the right choice for all your overnight shipments
   • Guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00noon, or the end of next business day depending on location
   • Saturday Delivery by 12:00 noon or 1:30 p.m.
   • Some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require additional time in transit
   • Some shipments to certain locations may require additional time in transit
   • Up-to-the minute tracking information

The table below shows our available shipping methods and prices for the 48 contiguouse United States. For example, if your total purchases (not including sales tax) are $99, then UPS Ground will cost you $12. You will also notice that shipping costs max out over $500.01 for any shipping method.

RETURN POLICY

Lynnens is committed to customer satisfaction and service. We offer refunds on all regularly stocked merchandise. In order to qualify for a refund:

1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days no returns will be accepted.
2. Must be accompanied by a sales receipt
3. Returned items must be in new and unused condition. This strictly means no marks or signs of use on the product. We will not accept the return of any item which has any indication of being used, or handled in such a manner that prevents us from selling it to our customers as first quality merchandise
4. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and inserts
5. Lynnens reserves the right to inspect and return items that are not acceptable for resale.
6. Special orders, such as monogrammed items and custom embroideries, are not returnable.

All items returned properly under this policy are eligible for a refund. The cost of the merchandise including shipping will be credited to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

If you are uncertain about a pattern, style or color, we like to recommend purchasing a napkin, wash cloth or pillow case (or sham) as a sample. If swatches are available, we are happy to supply them.
